Livefilter provides guided outdoor recreation programs in and around Henderson, Nevada, including trail sessions, paddle introductions, open-air strength blocks, seasonal movement labs, and customized group events. Program descriptions, durations, and prices listed on the website are subject to availability and may be updated without prior notice except where a confirmed booking already exists.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least eighteen years old to book programs for yourself. Guardians booking on behalf of minors represent that they have authority to accept these Terms and to provide required health and emergency information. You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you will update us promptly if details change before your session.

Bookings and Payments

A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge availability and you receive written confirmation specifying program name, date, meeting location, and price. Prices are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes or venue fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before payment. Failure to pay by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants must follow coach instructions, disclose relevant physical limitations, wear appropriate footwear and clothing, bring required water and sun protection, and refrain from conduct that endangers themselves or others. We may remove a participant without refund if they disregard safety rules, appear impaired, or behave abusively toward staff or other guests.

Assumption of Risk

Outdoor recreation involves inherent risks including uneven terrain, weather exposure, water activities, and physical exertion. By participating, you voluntarily assume risks associated with the selected program and agree that Livefilter is not liable for injuries or losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including acts of nature or third-party conduct, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on livefilter.world—including text, graphics, logos, program names, and layout—is owned by or licensed to Livefilter and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Website Use Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, scraping content at scale, impersonating others, or using the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for violations and cooperate with authorities when required.

Cancellations and Returns

Governing Law and Disputes
