This Return Policy explains cancellation, rescheduling, and refund practices for active recreation products sold by Livefilter through livefilter.world or direct booking channels. Because our offerings are scheduled outdoor experiences rather than physical goods shipped by mail, "returns" primarily refer to refund eligibility and credit options when you cannot attend a confirmed session.

Booking Confirmation

A reservation becomes binding when you receive email confirmation listing program name, date, time, meeting point, and total price paid or due. Please review details immediately and notify us of errors within twenty-four hours.

Cancellation by Participant

More than fourteen days before start: Full refund to the original payment method, minus any non-refundable third-party venue fees disclosed at checkout.

Seven to fourteen days before start: Fifty percent refund or one-time transfer to an available date within ninety days, at your choice.

Less than seven days before start: No cash refund unless we can fill your spot from a waitlist. If filled, we issue a fifty percent refund or full credit toward another program within six months.

No-show: No refund or credit. Repeated no-shows may limit future bookings.

Season Pass Movement Labs

Season passes include twelve weekly labs over a defined season window. Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the season except where required by law. If you cancel the pass before attending any session and at least fourteen days before the season start, you receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. After the first attended session, passes are non-refundable but may be transferred once to another adult participant with our written approval.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted per booking when requested at least forty-eight hours in advance and subject to availability. Additional changes may incur a $25 rescheduling fee. Rescheduled sessions must occur within ninety days of the original date unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation by Livefilter

We may cancel or postpone programs due to severe weather, air quality advisories, coach illness, insufficient enrollment, or safety concerns. In such cases you may choose a full refund, credit for any future program of equal value, or priority placement on the next available date. We are not responsible for incidental costs you incur such as travel or lodging, though we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.

Weather and Force Majeure

Light rain or wind may not cancel outdoor sessions; coaches will modify activities. Extreme heat, lightning, flooding, or government restrictions may trigger cancellation with the remedies above. Force majeure events beyond either party's reasonable control excuse performance without penalty aside from refund or credit options described here.

Group and Corporate Bookings

Custom team recreation days may require separate contracts. Deposits for large groups are non-refundable within thirty days of the event unless we cancel. Headcount reductions inside fourteen days may forfeit per-person fees already committed to venues or equipment rental.

Add On Services

Private coaching hours cancelled with at least twenty-four hours notice receive full credit toward another hour within sixty days. Gear check consultations cancelled with twelve hours notice may be rescheduled once at no charge.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within ten business days to the original payment method. Banks may require additional time to post funds. Credits are applied to your account email and must be redeemed before expiration dates stated in confirmation messages.

Disputes and Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve concerns promptly. Chargebacks filed without prior notice may result in suspension from future programs while the dispute is investigated.
